On 22 July 2025, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) approved that HAL Investments B.V. and Liveholding B.V. may jointly take control of Koppert Group B.V. According to the ACM, there will still be sufficient competition in the market after the acquisition. The ACM's official decision can be found here.
