Rijk Zwaan France, a subsidiary of the Dutch family firm specialized in the breeding, production and marketing of vegetable seeds, has announced the appointment of Grégori Bonnet and Martial Ghesquière to its management team, alongside Jérôme Brun. They will take over from Christian Vignaud and Bruno André, who retired at the end of 2024 after many years of contribution to the development of Rijk Zwaan France.
Tripartite management
Rijk Zwaan has adopted a tripartite management model in France, as in all its subsidiaries around the world, to ensure balanced and strategic decision-making. Three managing directors, with complementary expertise in the technical (R&D and production), administrative (finance, HR and IT) and commercial (sales and marketing) fields, share collective responsibility for the company as a whole.
"An ambition centered on innovation, collaboration and operational excellence"
With this new dynamic, Rijk Zwaan France reaffirms its commitment to making an active contribution to the future of the sector by focusing on varietal innovation, strengthening synergies and continuously improving its practices. By cultivating strong collaborations with its partners and drawing on the expertise of its teams, the company intends to meet the challenges facing agriculture and pursue its development by offering high-performance solutions tailored to the needs of the sector, now and in the years to come.
