NNZ's CEO Len Boot retires, succeeded by Ronald Hoozemans

After 35 years at NNZ, CEO Len Boot has announced his retirement, effective July 1, 2025. The decision, he noted, was made thoughtfully, guided by both personal considerations and the long-term interests of the company.

Reflecting on his time at NNZ, Boot expressed appreciation for the opportunity to help grow the company from a family business with local roots into an international organization. He acknowledged the collaboration and trust of colleagues, suppliers, and customers throughout his tenure.

Although stepping down as CEO, Boot will remain connected to the company. In accordance with the Boot family statute, he will transition to a new role as family representative on the Supervisory Board. He will also remain active in the business until August 31, 2025, to support a smooth leadership transition.

Boot's successor will be Ronald Hoozemans. Hoozemans brings international leadership experience and previously led the Benelux and Germany region at Bunzl, where he worked with several former family-owned businesses. His earlier roles include leadership positions at SIG, Mediq, Nutricia, and Organon, with a focus on innovation, customer engagement, and sustainability.

Hoozemans studied European Studies in Amsterdam and has completed executive programs in leadership and digital transformation. He has emphasized his interest in supporting organizational and team development and expressed his commitment to building on NNZ's legacy while contributing to its future direction.

With this leadership change, NNZ begins a new chapter while maintaining continuity in its values and strategic direction.
