Cold chain sensor to be unveiled at Transport Logistic 2025 in Germany

“We hope to provide safe cold chain logistics for fresh produce”

In the cold chain logistics of fruits and vegetables, where even small temperature or humidity fluctuations can lead to spoilage, precision monitoring is essential. To address these challenges, Shenzhen Tzone Digital Technology Co., Ltd. is introducing an upgraded version of its real-time monitoring device: the TT19SE 4G Temperature, Humidity & Location Data Logger. The product will debut at the 2025 Transport Logistic exhibition in Munich, Germany, from June 2 to 5.

Mr. Liao, Chairman of Tzone, stated, "It is currently the peak season for fruits and vegetables in the northern hemisphere. In warehousing and logistics, temperature and humidity data loggers play an increasingly vital role in helping customers reduce losses and increase profits." He explained that the operating principle of the new real-time logger is simple: data on temperature, humidity, location, light, vibration, and other conditions is transmitted via the 4G network to a backend system for monitoring and analysis. All data is stored in the cloud for easy traceability and can be downloaded via USB in PDF format. The platform supports full cold chain visibility, improves transport efficiency, reduces product losses, and allows for detection under low light and motion conditions, effectively safeguarding the transported goods.

The TT19SE 4G low-temperature real-time temperature, humidity, light-sensing, and vibration location sensor is an upgraded version of the earlier TT18-4G-S model. It uses a high-performance SHT30 sensor and supports connection to an external PT100 probe, enabling a wide temperature detection range of -200°C to +200°C. Additionally, it offers light-sensing capabilities of up to 64,000 lux and vibration monitoring up to 16G, accurately capturing abnormal transport conditions such as physical impacts or exposure to intense light.

According to Mr. Liao, the TT19SE supports global 4G/5G networks and is compatible with 2G as a fallback to ensure stable connectivity across different regions. "In terms of positioning, the device not only supports GPS but also LBS base station tracking and route playback, ensuring full traceability of goods during transit," he said. "The device has a battery life of up to 120 days and is disposable after use, saving users the trouble of charging and recycling."

Beyond the TT19 series, Tzone also offers a variety of cold chain monitoring devices, including Bluetooth temperature and humidity loggers, LoRa wireless sensors, transmitters, and LoRa gateways, covering the full range of applications from storage to transportation. "We have 19 years of experience in the industry and manage everything from R&D to production in-house, ensuring both product quality and delivery timelines," Mr. Liao emphasized.
