New Zealand: EATucation provides busy teachers with resources about vegetables

Vegetables NZ is supporting EATucation on its mission to ensure every Kiwi kid leaves school vegetable literate.

EATucation gives learners a food literacy pathway from early childhood to secondary school. It provides teachers with ready-made teaching resources that give them the gift of time and learners a life-long connection to food and New Zealand-grown vegetables.

EATucation's resources connect to a range of curriculum areas and meet the requirements for teaching literacy and numeracy.

Each unit of learning comes jam-packed with everything teachers need, including games and activities, workbooks, videos, step-by-step lesson plans, relief lessons, and whānau support packs.

If you want to see EATucation resources used in the schools near you, contact your school principal and ask if they have considered EATucation.
