Sino-Dutch partnership promotes localization of Chinese greenhouse technolgy

Dutch company Logitec Plus B.V. and Chinese agricultural technology group NSTG Agri-Tech Group have officially announced the establishment of the joint venture 'VinceMark'. This move aims to reduce supply chain costs and improve efficiency through localized technology production, providing better greenhouse solutions for the Chinese and Asian markets.

As an enterprise in China's greenhouse agriculture automation sector, NSTG Agri-Tech Group has long been the agent for Logitec Plus B.V.'s Substrate Processing-Related Automation Equipment line equipment and successfully implemented multiple benchmark projects in China. The establishment of the joint venture VinceMark marks an upgrade from an agency partnership to deep technological integration between the two parties. Logitec Plus B.V. will open its core patented technologies to VinceMark, combined with NSTG Agri-Tech Group's localized R&D capabilities and market experience.

By establishing a production base in China, VinceMark will significantly shorten delivery times—from several months in the past to just weeks, while reducing product prices by approximately 30%-40%. This new production model is expected to accelerate the scaled development of facility agriculture in China.

NSTG Agri-Tech Group has previously accumulated several independent R&D achievements, including environmental control algorithms and integrated water-fertilizer systems. In the future, both parties will jointly develop Substrate Processing-Related Automation Equipment suitable for different production environments and requirements across various global regions.
