US: Survey of producers opinions on intercropping and edible flowers in the Western region

Are you a U.S. grower and eager to participate in a short survey on intercropping and edible flowers? Makenzie Lee is I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Horticulture at Colorado State University, and is working with edible flowers. Together with her research team, she recently received a Western SARE Grant, entitled, "Evaluating Edible Flowers for Intercropping with Vegetables to Enhance Producer Market Diversification."

Part of their research objectives are to gain insight and information on grower experiences with intercropping and potential interest in including edible flowers as an intercropping companion.

Their work surveys U.S. growers in the vegetable and fruit industry in addition to the cut flower industry. "We are hoping to gather knowledge related to expanding edible flower crops as companion plants."

As said, it is a short survey of ~15 questions that would take 5-10 minutes to complete.
