Tadco extends MoU with NEOM Food for 6 months

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (Tadco) extended a memorandum of understanding with Topian Ltd. to plan, develop, construct, and operate a hydroponic greenhouse to produce fruits and vegetables for six months, starting April 17, 2025.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the extension aims to allow additional feasibility work and the preparation of required reports, such as environmental and social impact assessment, and infrastructure.

There is no financial impact at the moment. However, any financial impact will be announced later, the statement added.

In April 2024, Tadco signed a non-binding MoU with Topian to plan, develop, construct, and operate a hydroponic greenhouse to produce fruits and vegetables at Tadco's site in Tabuk, Argaam reported.
