Representing the fourth generation of the family, Jeanne Gautier succeeds her father, Jacques Gautier, ensuring continuity in the company's governance while injecting new strategic impetus into the business. Jeanne Gautier joined the company in 2020 and held several operational positions before joining the Executive Committee at the beginning of 2024.
