Valto Biocontrol aims to expand its presence in every country worldwide where the pepino mosaic virus poses challenges to tomato cultivation. Currently, V10 is registered as a natural crop protection solution against the virus in more than thirty countries. This year, the product is set to receive approval in the United States. Valto partners with Koppert Biological Systems, which has served as the international distributor for V10 for over five years.
With over 30 countries already on board, Valto Biocontrol is making significant strides toward its global ambitions. To further this goal, a new international sales team was established in 2024. In early 2024, Mitchel Visser joined as an area sales manager, bringing expertise to support the Koppert offices in sales and providing the latest insights into the pepino mosaic virus and its management.
