Thesis BV management intends to integrate the companies AgroBuren BV and R. van Wesemael BV into Van Iperen BV on 1 January 2026. The companies will continue under the Van Iperen name from then on. This follows the recent acquisition of the Wesemael Group's 'Agro Science' businesses.

The new branches will also further optimize our logistics organization.
