Indoor Ag-Con kicks off

Awards, tarrifs, educational tracks and happy hour

Although times in the industry might be insecure and the circumstances change day by day, hour after hour, and even minute after minute, the atmosphere at the Indoor Ag-Con in Las Vegas is remarkably optimistic. Maybe it's the awards handed out, maybe it's the location, or maybe it's the trust that the industry has been through rocky times, and has proved itself to be able to deal with it.

The Indoor Ag-Con grew out to be one of the major events in the North American CEA industry and expanded from a lettuce-focused show to an event that addresses multiple crops, including vine crops and cannabis. The event is characterized by multiple educational tracks, keynotes, networking events, and the trade show, which grew along with the event and currently has over 200 companies exhibiting.

New this year are the Cultivating Excellence Awards, with Dramm Corporation being awarded the Product Innovation Award, Little Leaf Farms the Operational Excellence Award and 80 Acres Farms the Good Stewardship Award.
