UK: Bioline Agrosciences acquired by Eurazeo

Bioline Agrosciences AgroSciences has been acquired by Eurazeo through its Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund (EPBF). Eurazeo becomes the principal shareholder in Bioline.
