The Plant Empowerment foundation, in collaboration with ARU University, proudly announces a two-day training event on May 6-7, 2025, tailored for growers seeking to optimize their production using sustainable, data-driven methods. With limited spots for only 70 participants, this course offers insights into maximizing yield with fewer resources.
The collaboration between ARU University and Plant Empowerment was inspired by Brian Moralee, Growing Manager at APS Group. Since 2021, Brian has been an active participant in the Plant Empowerment courses. Recognizing the potential to improve production while maintaining plant and product quality, he introduced the Plant Empowerment principles to ARU University, laying the foundation for this joint initiative.
Brian shares his experience: "I started following the Plant Empowerment courses in 2021, initially curious to see if I could improve production with lower inputs while maintaining plant and product quality. After attending frequent webinars, I've successfully applied many concepts to our current practices. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and passionate, making complex topics easy to understand."
Led by seven top consultants of the partners of Plant Empowerment, this course focuses on practical applications, interactive sessions, and insights into essential topics, including optimal plant activity, exploring the rootzone, optimal pollination throughout the year, optimizing photosynthesis, balancing light and irrigation, a different look at pests and diseases, maximizing energy efficiency, and creating and executing an effective crop plan.
