Certis Belchim expanding presence in the Balkans

Certis Belchim BV and Redestos SA have announced an extension to their partnership in the Balkan region through the formation of a new joint venture under the name of KCB Agriscience B.V. As part of this collaboration, Certis Belchim will also acquire a 30% stake in Redestos' plant protection subsidiary K&N Efthymiadis, covering Greece and Cyprus.

The new company, in which Certis Belchim and Redestos have a 70% and 30% share respectively, is focused on bringing innovative and sustainable crop protection solutions to farmers in key Balkan countries including Romania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Moldova, and Albania, by integrating their market presence in the region.

Both Certis Belchim and Redestos are established businesses committed to driving agricultural advancements and promoting growth in Greece and other countries in and around the Balkan region. This new partnership marks a significant step towards delivering cutting-edge and integrated crop solutions and support to farmers in these key markets.
