Inspired by the warm and inclusive spirit of Hawaii, this year's SEPC Southern Exposure show is centered around the strong community created within the produce industry. With this heartwarming sentiment in mind, Mastronardi Produce has prepared a collection of flavorful, fresh SUNSET® products, both new and returning, for SEPC's flagship conference.
Among the products to be featured is the SUNSET Aloha™ Pepper, also inspired by Hawaii. This sweet bell pepper is recognizable from its signature stripe of vibrant color. Aloha will make a fresh appearance back in the market this year. Beautifully colored and full of sweet flavor, island-inspired dishes can be made any time of the year with Aloha Peppers.
SUNSET is also celebrating over 30 years of Campari® tomatoes at the Southern Exposure show. Attendees can expect to get a first look at the new celebration packaging and fun consumer promotions to come. Campari is a staple product of the SUNSET brand, as the first branded tomato by Mastronardi Produce, which revolutionized the fresh produce category. This tomato offers perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity, able to enhance a multitude of dishes, from fresh salads to salsas.
Attendees can also expect an introduction to the newest addition to the Flavor Bombs® line of snacking tomatoes on the vine, Bombs Squad™. This package features three different premium Bombs® snacking tomatoes together for the ultimate explosion of flavor. Ideal for snacking, in salads, or on charcuterie boards, Bombs Squad has a trio of flavors that can range from Bombs ultra-sweet to savory varieties.
SUNSET Angel Sweet® Tomatoes will also be on display at the show. Ripened in the greenhouse while still on the vine, these grape tomatoes are sweet, making them a welcome addition to salads, kid's lunches, and more.
