In the middle of the desert in Algeria, Debets Schalke is currently building a 10-hectare tomato greenhouse. It is a semi-closed greenhouse in which the grower will grow various types of tomatoes, mainly for the European market.
The Westland greenhouse builder celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, and is also known, among other things, for several large greenhouse projects built in Saudi Arabia.
