US: Partnership aims to bring automated work to more growers

Burro has announced a partnership with AdeptAg.This collaboration aims to transform farm operations by streamlining tasks and tackling labor shortages using Burro's autonomous robots, which will be integrated into AdeptAg's network of growers across the country.

Burro's robots, which have clocked over 400,000 hours of autonomous operation, utilize advanced AI, computer vision, and LiDAR technology to autonomously perform tasks such as towing carts, carrying heavy payloads, autonomous mowing, and spraying. By taking on repetitive transport tasks, the robots free up farm workers to focus on more complex and strategic responsibilities, while reducing the strain on human labor.

Petitti Family of Farms is the first AdeptAg customer to adopt Burro's autonomous robots, deploying 10 Burro Grande robots across two farms during the first half of 2025.
