Holland: Retail turnover up by 2% in October
Statistics Netherlands (CBS) reports that retail turnover was 2.0% higher in October 2024 than in October 2023. Turnover in shops selling food, beverages and tobacco was down by 1.8% in October, year on year. Sales volume was 5.4% lower. Turnover in supermarkets was down by 2.9%, while turnover in specialty shops was up by 6.3%.
