SenseNL and Dutch Plantin extend partnership with Tomatoworld

SenseNL and Dutch Plantin have renewed their partnership with Tomatoworld. This extension maintains the joint focus on innovation and sustainability in the greenhouse horticulture sector, further strengthening the cooperation. Tomatoworld says that it looks forward to continuing the cooperation with both partners.

Innovation in wireless sensor technology
SenseNL, based in Pijnacker, is a technology company creating wireless sensors that are specifically designed for the agriculture and horticulture sectors. Through its CARA MET sensors, SenseNL is contributing to digitization in the sector. These sensors provide insights into the root zone of plants, which aids in optimizing growing conditions. SenseNL's sensor technology is applicable in various substrates, including rock wool, cocopeat, and moss wool mats and blocks, and supports growers in both pot plants and outdoor crops with soil moisture and EC sensors.

Together with Tomatoworld, SenseNL aims to position greenhouse horticulture as the most relevant tool for sustainable, tasty, and quality vegetable production. Both parties see Dutch greenhouse horticulture as an essential contributor to global food challenges and hope to support a healthier world with their technologies and knowledge.

Coconut products
Dutch Plantin, based in Boekel, is once again extending its partnership with Tomatoworld. Since 1994, Dutch Plantin has been producing coir products that contribute to sustainable growing systems in greenhouse horticulture. The company now has 15 modern production sites worldwide, supplying, among other things, coir mats that meet strict quality requirements.

Like Tomatoworld, Dutch Plantin aims to position the greenhouse horticulture sector as a valuable contributor to global food challenges. Together, the companies hope to use innovations and sustainable growing methods to contribute to a healthier world.

Strengthened partnership
Tomatoworld and its partners, including SenseNL and Dutch Plantin, work together with a shared goal: promoting high-quality knowledge and technologies in the greenhouse horticulture sector. Tomatoworld appreciates the trust of SenseNL and Dutch Plantin and looks forward to further cooperation to jointly develop greenhouse horticulture and realize sustainable solutions.
