US (CA): UC Davis to host tomato seminar

Isabel Ortega-Salazar is a graduate student in the UC Davis Department of Plant Sciences. Barbara Blanco-Ulate is an associate professor in the same department. Together, they will be presenting "Impact of pectin depolymerization on tomato fruit quality."

This is part of the university's Wednesday Seminar series, held (almost) every Wednesday at noon during the school year. All are welcome. There will be an opportunity to ask questions after the event.
