Proseal has launched the CP3rs, an ultra-compact, fully automatic case-packing system designed to meet the needs of flexible production environments with limited space. Building on the success of the multi-award-winning CP3 case packing solution, the CP3rs retains features such as rapid product changeovers in less than one minute with throughput capabilities.
The CP3rs is equipped with the deep reach Active Tool™, enabling it to load products into deep-fill cases in any format, including RPC, SRP, carton, and collapsible cases. The system's automatic quick-release tooling, combined with a recipe-based control system, allows for seamless transitions to shallow fill cases, ensuring versatility and efficiency.
