The Republic of Dagestan, a region in the Russian Federation, is set to export around 50 greenhouse complexes to Saudi Arabia, designed to optimize climate conditions and significantly boost crop yields and quality. Each greenhouse covers an area of 3,000 square meters, providing the necessary environment for growing various crops, which is especially beneficial in Saudi Arabia's high temperatures.
A recent business mission from Saudi Arabia to Dagestan led to the signing of four cooperation agreements across multiple sectors.
The modern greenhouses will allow for precise climate control, increasing both the yield and quality of produce compared to traditional farming methods.
As demand for greenhouse technology grows, the local economy will benefit from the influx of skilled specialists needed for greenhouse production.
