Taguaí is also known for its open-field production, which leads to a high presence of pests. This situation presents an additional challenge for growers, who also face the threats that pests and insects bring to the greenhouse.
To address this problem, Reynaldo installed the Xsect Xtreme insect net, designed to provide an effective barrier against pests.
"The Xsect Xtreme net has kept the crops free from pests and the diseases they transmit, while also reducing our use of chemical products," says Reynaldo.
