Since 1 June, Czander Dubbeld has been the new Managing Director, aka 'End Boss', at WNL Horti Insulation. "I am grateful for the opportunity offered to me by founder and former owner Gert Hollaar to lead this wonderful company specializing in insulation systems," says Czander. "Over the past months, I have taken my time to get to know the company, its people, and products well. Now that the 'honeymoon period' is over, I am ready to share this next step with you."
The new premises in Maasdijk, with 6,000 m² of production space and 600 m² of office space, offer the company the opportunities to grow and innovate. WNL's ambition is clear. "We want to remain the leading player in the horticulture sector by always opting for quality and innovation," says Czander. "This is at the heart of everything we do and is key to further strengthening our position."

According to Czander, the move marks not only a physical expansion but also a symbolic step towards the future. "WNL Horti Insulation's growth also creates opportunities for our (future) partners. By joining forces, we can strengthen each other and take the next step in our cooperation together. Our motto is 'Build together, grow together'. Collaboration is crucial, whether it is our internal team, our customers, suppliers, or other partners. Only by working together can we achieve our goals and create added value for everyone."
Festive opening
On 27 September, WNL Horti Insulation will celebrate the grand opening of its new premises in Maasdijk. "This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet, catch up, and toast together to a promising future," said Czander.
