Eda Reinot has been named as the new President of Certis Biologicals. Reinot will soon transition to CEO, leading the company into a new phase of growth. Certis Biologicals is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
Reinot joins Certis Biologicals, having served in a vice president role at Indigo Ag, where she was responsible for R&D, regulatory, quality, bio-processing, and international product development. She previously held R&D positions at BASF and was the Global Head of R&D at Becker Underwood.

Certis Biologicals currently manufactures and distributes a portfolio of more than 40 products that provide control of pests, diseases, and weeds that threaten greenhouse, specialty, and large-acreage crops. The company holds more than 300 global registrations for active ingredients and product brands such as Double Nickel, Howler EVO, and Theia. In 2024, the company introduced new products such as NemaClean bionematicide and Convergence biofungicide for large-acreage cropping systems.
