From 1 December, Bryte will acquire the greenhouses of Gebroeders Wubben. An agreement has been reached with grower Ard Wubben on the purchase of his 8.7-hectare vine tomato nursery.
According to Bryte growers, the location is a valuable addition to their other locations in the Dutch municipality of Voorne aan Zee. The purchase allows Bryte to fulfill a part of its growth ambitions, and to further optimize under the lead of Ard Wubben.
The new cultivation cycle will start after the transfer in December. With this move, Bryte will have access to 52 ha of greenhouse stands.
Earlier this year, Bryte also took over Kwekerij T. Varekamp 2 BV at Groeneweg in 's-Gravenzande.
Bryte was established in 2019 after the merger of Zwinkels and Dukker (two tomato nurseries).
