Gizem Demirhan joins Phormium Turkey's customer service team

For more than a decade, Phormium has had a customer base in Turkey and surrounding countries. The woven climate screens from the Belgian manufacturer aim to help growers optimize the climate in the greenhouse; they allow for both heat protection during the summer and for energy saving during the winter. The company highlights that the screens have an 8-year warranty.

Phormium recently opened a warehouse in Izmir (Turkey) aiming to improve its service. According to the company, in the Izmir warehouse, customers would obtain the climate screens faster and easier. Phormium now expands the Customer Service team with a Turkish member: Gizem Demirhan. Gizem will be the daily contact person for the local customer base. With these steps the company intends to provide better and more personal local customer service.

Gizem aims to expand Phormimum's activities in the region by working closely with Tayyar Erzurumlu (Sales Manager) and by building on her previous experiences in horticulture. She will work from her office in Antalya and is part of Phormium's international Customer Service team led by Brigit Brocken.
