Kelley Nicholson has joined Micro Grow as Sales Director

Kelley Nicholson has joined Micro Grow as Sales Director. "Personalities and relationships drive success in our industry, Kelley brings that and a sharp technical brain. Our whole team is energized by her coming aboard." Said the CEO and founder of Micro Grow, Tom Piini. "Kelley is going to be out and about visiting our existing customers and bringing on new ones."

In addition, Micro Grow is now a commercial partner of the Autogrow by Bluelab product line. Kelley has been selling Autogrow since 2000, when she was with American Hydroponics. She has extensive knowledge of hydroponics, deep water culture, and aeroponics. "The best part about this for me is I get to continue to do what I love to do, and I get to expand my customer base and product knowledge." Says Kelley Nicholson.

Bluelab's CEO Jono Jones, said, "Partnering with Micro Grow will enable us to drive more business impact for our growers. Together, we can unlock more potential and help more growers with customizable solutions in their greenhouse environment. We're looking forward to working with Kelley and the Micro Grow team as valued commercial partners."

Tom concurs, "We have been providing their interphase cabinets and motor controls regularly and will now be building on that relationship. With the AutoGrow by Bluelab's extensive nutrient management abilities, we are expanding our offerings."

"Tom and Micro Grow have the same ethos that I do. We don't tell growers how to do grow, they tell us, and we help facilitate their vision, that's what custom automation is all about," Kelley said. "I'm impressed with the longevity and camaraderie of the Micro Grow team. Bringing all our years of experience together will elevate what Micro Grow can offer our customers.

Kelley graduated from Humboldt State and is based out of Eureka. Micro Grow has been privately owned since its founding over 40 years ago. Micro Grow also designs and manufactures panels in addition to its environmental controls. The Temecula, California-based business has over 50 employees, and its products are sold worldwide.
