The Sival show in Angers concluded yesterday, Thursday, January 19. The French trade show focused on innovation and the agriculture of tomorrow, which is why many horticultural suppliers chose to be there.

Axia Vegetable Seeds, with William van der Riet, Thomas Dupuy & René Zwinkels, was for the first time present with their own booth at the trade show. "It was nice to show the tomatoes of our beautiful varieties and to guide the growers for the best result and ROI. Last year we realized a good growth in sales, and we hope for a good cooperation for the coming year with the French growers", Rene shares.

High attendance
The 2023 edition knew very high attendance from the very first hours of the day. Last year's edition was postponed to March 2022, which is why many professionals could not be present. But this week, exhibitors and visitors alike said they were generally very satisfied with the start of this new edition.

This year, SIVAL launched 1st edition of the Biocontrol / Plant Health Forum. During the three days of the show, this new space hosted speeches in the morning by institutional and technical organizations such as GEVES, Astredhor, Végépolys Valley, CTIFL, and the Pays de La Loire Chamber of Agriculture and in the afternoon by IBMA member companies.

Monday, January 23, we'll publish a photo report of the trade show.
