Codema's bankruptcy will be wound up as if only one company were insolvent. The trustee has been given permission to do so, according to a new bankruptcy report. There are actually several company branches, but they are strongly acquired.
Since the publication of the second bankruptcy report, a total of 358 unsecured creditors have come forward. That was less than 300 last October. Together, the unsecured creditors are now waiting for a total of over EUR 14.1 million. The tax authorities have submitted a preferential claim of 11.5 million euros to the receiver and the UWV for over 6 tonnes.
In addition, ABN Amro, as a pledgee, claims liens on Codema's stock and on receivables from debtors. Work in progress will be invoiced out. The trustee is also consulting with the bank about the distribution of the proceeds.
Mr. C.F.W.A. Hamm of Borsboom & Hamm Advocaten in Rotterdam has been appointed trustee. The bankruptcy of Codema Systems Group B.V. has been registered under number: 10. rot.22.91.F.1300.1.22. Codema EMEA B.V. and Codema Nederland B.V. were also declared bankrupt on 3 May 2022.
