Alberto Medina-Mora has been promoted to the newly created position of Regional Director – US & Mexico at Fall Creek Nurseries. In his new expanded role, Alberto will have responsibility for both the Mexico and the US/Canada businesses. The effective date for this change will be Aug. 1, 2022, aligned with the retirement of Matt Kramer, current Interim Regional Director - US/Canada, retiring effective July 29, 2022.
Alberto joined Fall Creek as Regional Director – Mexico, in April 2020 during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. After a successful virtual onboarding, he led the development of the Mexico team through enhanced internal partnerships and a strong focus on the customer, initiated and developed the employee health & safety department and expanded export capabilities.
