The director of the greenhouse complex Voskresensky, Mr. Andrey Polischuk is happy to tell about the produce popular in Hakassia and in the south part of Krasnodar area.
“We create here perfect conditions for the plants, first of all, due to supplemental lighting and microclimate creation. All of the above allow to yield decent crops”, shared Mr. Andrey Polischuk.
In the beginning, the greenhouse produced cucumbers, now they have expanded the assortment to tomatoes, several varieties of lettuce, and strawberries.
The overall acreage of the greenhouse is almost nine ha. Currently, the greenhouse accommodates 9 thousand pots with lettuce; they are being looked after manually.
In view of the anniversary, the major of Abakan and the Minister of agriculture have congratulated the associates of the enterprise.
Mr. Andrey Polischuk considers that the key factor to success is not only modern technologies but also the responsible attitude of the team.
“Lettuce greenhouse starts operating at 6 am. At 10 am, cars are leaving the premises with the lettuce we have picked the same day. Thus, in the evening the consumer can have fresh produce we only picked today. The goals that I set for myself cannot be reached on my own. They are reached only because we employ real professionals”, shared Mr. Polischuk.
The greenhouse complex Voskresensky are planning to expand the acreage and consequently increase the varieties of fresh produce.
