Turkish grower invents device to speed up planting

An entrepreneur in Kahramanmaras, Turkey has developed a so-called tree path apparatus to help growers in their production. The entrepreneur has already filed for a patent for this invention, which could be used in tomato and cucumber production.

The apparatus helps the seedlings to stay upright without receiving support from a stick or another seedling, thus the growers will be able to plant seedlings much faster and easier with significant reduction in manual labour and consequently in labour costs.

The system also includes an irrigation and spraying system which will eliminate the need to change irrigation hoses every 3 years.
