Seipasa, a Spanish company specialized in the development and formulation of bioinsecticides, biofungicides and biostimulants for agriculture, has held a digital meeting to analyze the challenges of transformation in agriculture from a global perspective.
Under the title of ‘Technology, transformation and adaptation: keys to knowledge in agriculture’, the digital meeting has been broadcast entirely online via streaming. The entire session can be watched again at the Seipasa YouTube channel:
Throughout 4 sections, the digital meeting has allowed producers and technicians from different parts of the world to explain how they are dealing with the gradual disappearance of active materials, the tightening of international regulations, the introduction of new biological solutions or the role of integrated strategies for pest and disease control.
The digital meeting has been marked by a global approach, with a journey through various experiences in agricultural systems of countries such as Spain, Peru, Morocco, Mexico or the United States. All these experiences have been enriched through the contributions of various experts in each of the discussion tables. The event has been hosted by the agro-food journalist Jorge Jaramillo.

Seipasa's marketing director, Juan Manuel López, stressed the excellent reception of the digital meeting. "The event had a very broad focus that has allowed us to verify that the challenges faced by agricultural producers are global, regardless of the country or geographic area."
"Everyone is dealing with the gradual disappearance of active substances, the need to be profitable while also being sustainable and environmentally-friendly, or the importance of generating added value to be able to ship the crops abroad," said López.
“At this time of change, producers need certainty in the form of new solutions. The alternative proposed by Seipasa is its Natural Technology model based on innovation, science and knowledge. It is a model aimed at developing effective, sustainable and profitable solutions for the production of fruit, vegetables and cereals without waste,” said the Seipasa marketing director.
