Construction workers from Saarlucon, daughter company of the Luiten Group are working on a project near Berlin, called Voigt.
It's going to be a garden center, on which they started immediately after finishing project Sporkmann.
In less than a week, the construction crew put up the steel construction and had the ventilation windows ready for installation.
The project is 1,256 m2 in total. It's a totally new building, with a span that's divided in two sections.
Venlo roof
The first section will have a fixed Venlo roof with ventilation windows, to ensure a good ventilation of this section.
Cabrio roof
The second section will have a Cabrio roof, meaning this can be fully opened to an angle of 80 degrees.
This gives a situation where plants can grow completely outside, but can be protected against weather influences when necessary.
