Indoor Ag-Con has announced a marketing partnership with the Produce Marketing Association (PMA) for the 8th annual conference taking place May 18-20, 2020 at the Wynn Las Vegas. The three-day conference program will offer insight from keynote speakers and 50-plus subject matter experts in four tracks focused on Business, Science & Technology, Alternative Crops and Greenhouses & Precision Ag. Designed to showcase the business growth opportunities both organizations offer to association members and event attendees alike, the alliance will give PMA members access to all of the education sessions and exhibit hall for a 20% discount, among other promotional features.
"We are thrilled to be partnering with the Produce Marketing Association and invite their members to our event to learn from the experts on vertical farming, indoor agriculture, the practice of growing crops in indoor systems, using hydroponic, aquaponic and aeroponic techniques," said Brian Sullivan, co-owner of Indoor Ag-Con. "We will also feature an idea-packed panel discussion with PMA's Vonnie Estes and some of the association's members detailing business opportunities they see for indoor growers." A highlight of the Indoor Ag-Con Business Track line-up, the PMA-sponsored session entitled "Growing Relationships: Selling Your Indoor Crops to Grocery Chains," will be held on Tuesday, May 18 from 11 - 11:45 am.
