At TC van den Dool there has been a change in management; Ad Kokshoorn transfers his shares in the company to Marco van Ardenne. Marco, together with Vincent van den Dool, are now at the helm of the company. Marco has been working with the company for a number of years now. Previously, he had his own engineering firm and worked on nice assignments for Dool International, such as the one for Syngenta. This close cooperation takes on a more solid form now with the acquisition of the share package.

Ad Kokshoorn will not leave TC van den Dool in one go. He will gradually reduce his workload. Ad: "I'm going to spend more time on my favorite hobby: cycling. I'm looking forward to that. Although I have worked here with great pleasure for over 30 years."
Marco: "We expect to tackle more international projects. In addition to renovating and raising greenhouses, we deliver increasingly more new projects and we increase the height of more business premises and industrial buildings.”
The latter is done with specially designed jacks. This clip below shows how it works. This is a project at KlasmannDeilmann in Schiedam. The 2700 m2 hall was increased by 5.75 meters to 11 meters in height.
