It's always exciting, an audit. Last week it was time for Bosman Van Zaal. Two auditors from the Dutch inspection company Kiwa examined the processes in Aalsmeer and checked whether sufficient quality is being delivered. This turned out to be the case, because the extension of both certifications is again a fact, as the company reported last Friday on the social media channels.
Exactly in time for today, the second Thursday in November, which has been declared World Quality Day. "We were proud to be able to showcase our new premises and our new machines. The auditors were impressed by the know-how, the enthusiasm of our employees and the quality we deliver. And of course, there was room for improvement. We will be able to work on this again in the near future."
The auditors also visited Wageningen University & Research. A greenhouse is currently being built there. The GrowContainers with GrownRoll, which are ready for transport in Aalsmeer, were also inspected. An article about it will be published in the near future.
