September 23, The Hague

"Modernization and expansion Turkish greenhouses can offer new business chances"

Monday September 23rd, the Netherlands Ministry for Agriculture, Nature & Food Quality and Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) present a seminar on how the Turkish Greenhouse Credit Package facilitates the Turkish ambitions to lower food prices by expanding and modernizing the country’s greenhouse sector.

The seminar in The Hague will be of great interest to high-end, high-tech providers, advisers and consultants from the Netherlands who can offer sustainable, technology-driven solutions based on the principles of circularity and zero waste horticultural production. However, besides the necessary hard- and software, providers of knowledge and advice on modern production management are most welcome too. Both the LNV Agricultural Counsellor in Ankara and a Turkey dedicated RVO representative will inform the participants of the many chances and possibilities.

Details of a trade mission planned in October will also be unveiled. The focus of this mission in Turkey is not only upon the well-known horticultural areas in Turkey, like Antalya. Also regions which offer geothermal opportunities in relation to horticulture are included.

And it’s not all work at this seminar. A Happy Hour dedicated to networking concludes the afternoon. So, if you are a company from the Netherlands and active in internationally providing smart solutions for horticultural production, what is your excuse for not participating and not finding inspiration for new business ventures in Turkey?
