Preparing the land for new greenhouse in full swing

Preparing the land for a new greenhouse from West Flemish tomato grower BVBA Gabel is in full swing.

The newly developed horticultural area near Roeselaere is in the hands of Franky Galle, who already has greenhouses at three other locations in Belgium. His son Tuur will be responsible for the daily management of this cultivation facility.

It will be the third time that Havecon is allowed to build for this customer. The first greenhouse was 16,000 m2, the second 35,000 m2 and this will be no less than 100,000 m2. This scaling up nicely reflects the growth that Belgian growers are experiencing.

The tomatoes to be grown are sold under the trade name "Tomabel".

The project is scheduled for completion in week 44 (mid-November).
