US (TX): Evonik plant in Deer Park resumes full operations

Evonik Oil Additives USA Inc. temporarily shut down its production in Deer Park, Texas on Saturday, August 26th, due to Tropical Storm Harvey. The plant resumed full operations on Tuesday, September 5th.

The plant did not experience any water damage to tanks, rail cars or inventories. All equipment and utilities are functional. The internal and third party drumming and warehouse operations have not been damaged, and are also fully operational.

Evonik continues to communicate with suppliers to determine their ability to deliver expected levels of raw materials and services, and verify that the announcement of sales controls and force majeure conditions will not impact raw material supplies.
