Also CEAC's Dr. Tollefson is involved in the project and is working on a USDA Local Food Promotion grant application, which would quadruple funds and ensure Pivot become a permanent and reliable fixture in Tucson's farming and dining communities.
You can help Pivot Produce to reach their goal and needed funds by visiting their crowdfunding website and become involved: https://pivotproduce.causevox.com/

Money donated to this campaign will go directly into the business in the following ways:
• Buying larger quantities of produce to better serve restaurants
• A walk-in refrigerator to hold said produce between deliveries
• A lease on a small refrigerated truck, instead of our current '86 Chevy station wagon
• A warehouse space a.k.a. Pivot HQ - Currently they work out of a small warehouse space rented at EXO Coffee Roast Company
