NZ: Plant & Food Research joins Food Valley Society

Plant & Food Research has become the first New Zealand-based member of the Food Valley Society, an international network of more than 140 organisations focused on innovation in the food sector.

Food Valley Society members are primarily businesses from the agri-food, feed and horticultural industries. The Society provides an environment for sharing knowledge and building partnerships to support the development of new ideas in the food space.

Food Valley, based in the Netherlands, is recognised as one of the leading clusters of food innovation. Close to 15,000 people work at Food Valley, from international food companies, research institutes and Wageningen University and Research Centre. Membership of the Society provides access to potential knowledge and business partners globally, encouraging new ideas and making food trends tangible.
