Hoogendoorn Tip:

Automatic heating pre-control when screen closes

Closing the thermal screen changes the insulation factor of your greenhouse. There is a build-in pre-control in the Hoogendoorn system which takes these changes into account. To have a steady climate control when opening or closing screens you can adjust the energy savings value of your screen. This way the pre-control can minimize unnecessary climate/humidity shocks in your climate.

Normally, most energy screens save approximately 35%. The following value should then be completed: (100% -35%) 65%. To find out what the savings percentage of your screen is, you can also get informed at your screen supplier.
