Meteorite crashes into South Korean greenhouse

A greenhouse grower in South Korea escaped death when a heavy piece of a meteorite crashed into his greenhouse on March 9. The nine metorite weighing 9 kilos went through the greenhouse roof and caused a small crater inside the greenhouse. Luckily nobody was harmed. Additional fragments of the meteorite were found upon further inspection.

Maybe the manufacturers of greenhouse shading cloths and energy saving fabrics should start thinking about developing a meteor proof greenhouse screen?
