- Construction Drawings – It is always a good idea to hang on to these because it makes listing out damaged parts and pieces manageable. Often the greenhouse is only partially damaged, and having the list will make the process smoother for you.
- Structure Size and Model Type – If you no longer have drawings for your greenhouse, having the size and model ready will give us an easy place to start. We can look into our data base and get a drawing set shipped to you or walk you through what needs to be replaced.
- All Hands on Deck– You may have enough labour to get the house repaired but having a back-up contact list ready could be crucial and time saving.
- Extra Parts and Pieces lying around – After construction there are always left over material. Having inventory of these may get you through until repairs are complete or at least reduce the cost of the repairs.
- Future Plans – Storm damage is always a pain but often there is a silver lining. Keep your future plans in mind and what may need to be replaced, even if the storm didn’t wreak havoc. Is it time to renovate? Do you need natural ventilation? If you have already started working on the greenhouse damages, why not include the inevitable upgrades at the same time? You’ll see a savings in shipping that will really add up.
