UK: Management moves announced at Thanet Earth

Thanet Earth Marketing Ltd is pleased to confirm that Richard Diplock will be assuming overall commercial control of the business from 1st January 2014 as Senior Commercial Manager. Since 2010 Richard has shared commercial responsibility with Paul Frowde. Together they have been instrumental in helping develop and sustain the formidable growth of the business at this market-leading supplier of speciality tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers.

Faced with some very challenging times in the early days of Thanet Earth, Paul and Richard set to work building a strong team. They have developed great customer relationships thanks to clear joint strategy and through committed customer service.
The proof of this teamwork is in the sustained improvement in the Thanet Earth financial performance. They have devised a procurement strategy that ensures reliable service and quality products all year round. This experience has given both Paul and Richard the skills they need to succeed in the next stage of their careers.

Richard Diplock has been promoted and handed the challenge of sustaining and building on the success of Thanet Earth Marketing Ltd. Paul Frowde makes the move to Mack at Paddock Wood where he assumes a Business Unit Director role.
