NA: Berger acquires Beaver & Lafaille Peat Moss

Berger, a leading producer of growing mixes, has acquired Beaver Peat Moss and Lafaille Peat Moss, consolidating a long-standing relationship between the companies. Under the agreement, Serge Lafaille, president of Beaver & Lafaille Peat Moss, will join Berger’s sales team to ensure an easy transition for his customers. He will continue to help them with their growing media and peat moss requirements.

Berger and Beaver & Lafaille Peat Moss have been partners since 1986.
