It operates from three depots at Kelso, Dundee and Blyth.

Richard Fawkes, Managing Director of Wallace comments ”We have been considering the future for our company for some time and come to the conclusion that Agrovista is the company of choice to work with. This is a very good development for both companies who share very similar objectives and values. The relationship will ensure our customers will continue to have access to new technologies that will be available in the future”

Commenting for Agrovista, Group Chairman James Robertson adds ”Agrovista is part of a world class Company providing access to Markets, Technologies and Information on both inputs and outputs for our growers. The depth of knowledge within the Group is huge. As a subsidiary of Marubeni the Company is run on a family basis with a culture and way of operating that draws on decades of history, knowledge and experience. It is what we call getting the best of both worlds. Our two companies are excited about the synergy that clearly exists”
